Items are shipped via USPS. Please email vaasvara@gmail.com if you have any other request regarding shipping. Items will be shipped within two business days of receiving the order. We do accept custom orders. Order processing and shipping for custom orders will vary depending on the order. Custom orders might take from one to six weeks to be ready and shipped.
Exchange and ReturnsWe are confident that you will absolutely fall in love with our collection of jewelry. However, if for some reason you want an item exchanged for an item of equal value, we will be happy to do so within 14 days of original purchase. Please email us at vaasvara@gmail.com to inform us of the item you are returning and the item you wish to exchange it for. The item should be in original condition, including padded packaging. You should insure the item to be shipped. The shipping cost or credit card fee (if applicable) is non-refundable in cases of exchanges.
At Vaasvara Designs, attention to detail and excellent quality is the foundation of our business. If any piece breaks due to normal wear and tear, within 20 days of purchase we will repair it for free. Please email us at vaasvara@gmail.com to inform us of your return for repair.
